Primary Care Physician with experience since 2015 in the United States, specializing in elderly care. Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Lominchar is known for his compassionate approach and strong patient relationships. Originally from Havana, Cuba, he values family deeply and enjoys salsa dancing, Cuban coffee, and spending time with his loved ones and pets
Ricardo Gonzalez – Office Manager
Ricardo Gonzalez is the Office Manager at E & Y Medical Clinic, where he helps ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient. He is currently pursuing his Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and is passionate about growing in the healthcare field. Ricardo is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to better connect with and support a diverse patient community. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, reading, and exploring ways to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive primary care services. Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, serving the Tampa, Florida community.
Lisandra Ramirez – Clinical & Aesthetic
Lisandra Ramirez is a dedicated member of the E & Y Medical Clinic team, where she plays a vital role in both clinical and administrative services. She is a Registered Medical Assistant and phlebotomist, responsible for performing all blood draws in the clinic. Lisandra also manages the clinic’s social media and is actively involved in the weight loss program, assisting with promotion and administering injections. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida and is committed to furthering her education by pursuing a nursing degree in the future.
Nerkys Martínez – Operations Manager
Nerkys Martínez is a key figure in the operations of E&Y Medical Clinic, where she currently serves as Interim Manager. Her leadership is characterized by organization, commitment, and the ability to maintain an efficient work environment focused on service quality. Additionally, she serves as the administrator for two residential care facilities, managing every detail with responsibility and diligence to ensure the well-being of the residents and the smooth functioning of operations. Her dedication and sense of responsibility make her a fundamental pillar in each of her areas of work
Jose Ramirez – Patient Care & Massage Therapist
Jose Ramirez is a valued member of the E & Y Medical Clinic team, serving at the front desk and assisting with patient transportation as the clinic’s van driver. He is a licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Florida and is passionate about supporting patients throughout their care experience. Jose is committed to continuing his education and plans to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy in the future.
Mar – Medical Assistant
I am a Medical Assistant with experience in patient care and support, committed to providing compassionate, efficient, and high-quality service, with a primary focus on allergy testing and immunotherapy. I am known for my organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to create a trusting environment for both patients and the medical team. Throughout my career, I have developed skills in administrative management, clinical assistance, and direct support for healthcare professionals, always maintaining empathy and respect as the foundation of my work. Outside of work, I am passionate about holistic wellness, fitness, and self-care. I enjoy creating content related to a healthy lifestyle, which allows me to connect with others and inspire them to feel better about themselves. My goal is to continue growing both professionally and personally, always giving my best in every role I undertake.
